As the global industrial and supply chains undergo profound restructuring, Chinese enterprises are embracing new opportunities to expand abroad. On April 7 in Budapest, Hungary, Jishi Media Co., Ltd. (Jishi Media), a member of China Broadcasting Network Corporation, signed a *Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement* with the Hungary-Eurasia Economic, Cultural and Tourism Development Center (Hungary-Eurasia Center).

According to the agreement, both parties will jointly build a specialized digital service platform, expanding the China-Europe digital service network and deepening their strategic presence and resource integration in the European market. Leveraging technologies such as big data analytics and cloud computing, the partnership aims to provide Chinese enterprises with precise market insights, resource matchmaking, and digital marketing tools to help them efficiently connect with European resources.
In recent years, Jishi Media has accelerated its digital economy strategy through the integration of “technology + culture,” constructing a smart optical network that reaches millions of households. The company has also developed a full-scenario smart broadcasting system covering daily life needs including clothing, food, housing, transportation, and entertainment.
With the full launch of broadcasting 5G mobile services in 2022, Jishi Media entered a new era of comprehensive business operations. In 2024, it became the first company in China to unify cable TV and IPTV operations, enabling mutual empowerment between the two services.
The Hungary-Eurasia Center, based in Hungary, provides one-stop international marketing and PR services for governments, institutions (including embassies, consulates, and cultural tourism bodies), NGOs, brands, and enterprises.
Over the years, the Center has promoted the “bring in, go global” policy, aligning with China-Europe cooperation needs. It has helped build comprehensive, multi-tiered, and wide-ranging collaboration platforms for governments and enterprises on both sides, enhancing quality and depth in economic, cultural, and tourism cooperation, while injecting new vitality and exploring new prospects.
Looking ahead, Jishi Media plans to utilize its expertise in broadcasting 5G network coverage and smart city projects to offer customized digital services such as cross-border data flow and intelligent cloud platforms to Chinese enterprises operating locally. The goal is to accelerate the creation of a digital service hub along the Belt and Road Initiative.
In the future, both parties will focus on China-Europe market demands and collaborate on innovation in digital technologies, exploring the practical application of AI, blockchain, and digital marketing tools in global business contexts. Together, they aim to overcome technical challenges in cross-border data applications and intelligent service adaptation, thereby accelerating the integration of technology with real-world commercial scenarios.
